Beyond Helford and Manaccan, tucked away on the Lizard Peninsula is Gillan Creek. This remote and secluded creek is a haven for the sailing community and there are some small and very beautiful cottages and caravans to stay in, also a small shop which hires boats and kayaks and also sells beautiful sailing clothes and ice creams and coffees. Well worth a trip.
